Practical information and social skills building workshop for young people about to make the move from a smaller, more supportive Primary school to a larger, more self-directed High School environment:

Study skills and stress management session for senior high school students – ideal for young people moving into year 11 or 12:

  • Maintaining good physical and mental health during the HSC years
