KYDS transforms young lives through barrier-free mental health support – thanks to people like you.

Each year we deliver around 7500 free counselling sessions, without the need for a Medicare card, GP referral or mental health plan. We’re here to ensure young people can access mental health support when they need it, for as long as they need it.

You can support KYDS in a number of ways and make a big difference to vulnerable youth in our community.

Donate now

Every young person should have the chance to get the help they need.

KYDS relies on financial support from the community to ensure we meet the increasing demand for our vital service. Your generous donation will allow us to keep providing free counselling to local youth who need support, for as long as they need our help. Every contribution, no matter the size, has a direct impact on the lives of the young people we serve. Donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Donate today and empower youth to reach their full potential tomorrow.

Workplace Giving

Unite your staff and colleagues with KYDS Workplace Giving and help ensure the young people of today can reach their full potential tomorrow.

A workplace giving program is an easy way to make a regular, pre-tax donation to KYDS from your pay, reducing your taxable income. Your organisation might use workplace giving platforms like Good2Give, JustGiving and GoodCompany, or you can simply contact your payroll department to get started. It’s easy – just let them know how much you would like to donate to KYDS and your employer will provide your donation to us each payday.

Why not amplify your impact and encourage your organisation to support KYDS through corporate donations? They could even set up an ongoing program to match donations made by staff – this might be dollar for dollar, double matching or matching to a capped amount!

One hundred years from now it won't matter what my bank balance was, the sort of home I lived in, or the car I drove...but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.

By leaving a gift to KYDS in your will, you can help us with future planning and ensure that free, confidential counselling is available to the young people of tomorrow. Any amount you leave to KYDS will be gratefully received and will help transform the lives of future generations. If you have named KYDS in your will, you are under no obligation to inform us of your decision. However, if you do advise us of your intentions, it may help us to fully understand your wishes. We value your future support and would like to personally thank you for your gift. You can let us know here.
