In an impressive display of community spirit and philanthropy, Pymble Ladies’ College junior students participated in the 2024 Lindfield Fun Run, forming a team of 149 runners. They raised $3,596 for local charities, winning the KYDS Schools Challenge with the most registrations and highest fundraising. The Lindfield Fun Run, organized by Ku-ring-gai Rotary Club, supports KYDS Youth Counselling, which provides free, confidential mental health services. Dr. Anthony Rigney, CEO of KYDS, expressed deep gratitude for the school’s support.

KYDS is proud to announce the receipt of a $25,000 grant from Lindfield & Districts Community Bank in recognition of the critical role we play in the mental health of young people in our community.
KYDS is participating in the Manly Spin-a-thon and we’re calling on our amazing supporters to don their lycra and ride for KYDS at this fun, FREE event to support youth mental health! Whether you’re a cycling enthusiast or just want to give it a go, your 45-minute ride will help raise awareness and vital funds for youth mental health.
If spinning isn’t your thing, you can still make a huge impact by donating via the event page. Your contribution, big or small, goes directly to helping KYDS provide free, long-term, holistic mental health support to local young people.
The iconic Bobbo is held annually in March and boasts 27km, 57km, 80km and 104km distances. Encourage the cycle enthusiasts in your school, workplace or local community to form a team and raise funds for KYDS and other local charities like Lifeline.
This fantastic community event, organised by Ku-ring-gai Rotary Club, has been running for nearly 30 years. 50% of the funds raised through the event are donated to KYDS. There’s something for everyone, with 2km, 5km and 10km distances, prizes for winners in each age category and even a school challenge!
